Last year I attended a state commission meeting in San Francisco in the U.S. wherein the representative members of the state participated to discuss on one of the vital issues disturbing the state. Five members of the state participated in the discussion. Many of the people who attended the meeting outside the scope of the representative members were the local people of the state across different countries. The meeting was held in the morning on 19th March at 10 a.m. The meeting was well coordinated by the organizers who demonstrated ethics in their activities. It started at the appropriate time and the representative members of the state had already arrived to attend the meeting half an hour before the meeting.
